Reservations

Reservation requests are answered by email within 24 to 48 hours. A 50% deposit of the total stay is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 15 days before the arrival date are eligible for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are not refunded.

Rates

Rates are quoted in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Basic rates may change with exchange rate fluctuations. See the rates page for current pricing by season.

Minimum Stay

From December 24 to January 2, the minimum stay is three days. For the rest of high season, the minimum stay is two days.

Pets

No pets are allowed.
